A Chinese-American immigrant, he moved to the U.S. at age 3 and holds degrees from Stanford and Harvard Business School. Before founding Boundless in 2017—driven by his own family’s immigration struggles—Xiao worked at Amazon Go, McKinsey, and NYC’s Department of Education. Under his leadership, Boundless has raised over $45M and acquired RapidVisa and Bridge US. He’s also a civic leader in Seattle and a dedicated marathon runner.
