Noémie Federico is the Founder of the On Deck Fellowship, a global accelerator for experienced operators and early-stage founders. Since 2019, she has built it into a vibrant international community supporting thousands of fellows in launching startups and accessing investor networks. Formerly On Deck’s Fellow Admissions Lead and Program Director, she helped evolve the program from informal gatherings into a structured, curriculum-based experience and led its virtual expansion in 2020. Based in San Francisco, Noémie brings deep expertise in operations and community-building to help founders gain clarity, momentum, and meaningful connections.
