Minn Kim is an entrepreneur and investor on a mission to make it faster and easier for the world’s brightest technologists to come to—and stay in—the United States. Previously, Minn was a Partner at On Deck, where she built and launched a global accelerator supporting ambitious founders from idea to company. Before that, she served as a Principal at Bloomberg Beta, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on the future of work. There, she led and supported investments in AI/ML tools, robotics, and enterprise software companies, including Newfront, Flexport, Airspace Intelligence, and Replit.
