Jeff Goldman is Founding Partner and CEO of Goldman & Partners in Cambridge, MA, leading 30+ professionals in business immigration (H-1B, L-1, O-1 visas; PERM, EB-1, NIW green cards). He advises MIT, Harvard, and Y Combinator and chairs the MA Governor’s Advisory Council on Refugees and Immigrants. He founded the Open Avenues Foundation and Build Fellowship to expand cap-exempt H-1B access. A pro bono leader honored with the Victor J. Garo Public Service Award, he helped launch MA’s cap-exempt H-1B program. Jeff holds a B.A. from Brown, a J.D. from Boston University, and serves as lawyer-in-residence at Harvard Business School with an AV Preeminent rating and Super Lawyers designation.
