Ajay Bhutoria is a distinguished HR Technology Leader based in Silicon Valley and a prominent advocate for the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) community. As a former member of the President’s Advisory Commission on AANHPIs under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), he played a pivotal role in shaping policy, most notably contributing to H1B visa stamping reform. In 2021, he also led a State Department Round Table to develop best practices for Afghan refugee resettlement.
